TERMS & CONDITIONS
100% payment has to be made to CEOITBOX Tech Services LLP in advance before the deliveries.
Creative production job will start only after receiving 100% payment.
No refunds will be made after the image files are delivered.
This is not a subscription based service, but a one-time paid package.
Delivery period is applicable on working weekdays only. Weekends, holidays are not included.
Delivery period may be increased depending on the workload with or without any prior notice. In an event of delayed delivery a partial delivery may be attempted with respect to any approaching event or festival.
Open files such as .psd /.ai /.cdr etc. will not be provided. We will provide the final output in .png or .jpg format only.
This service is only for static pictures, no videos, gifs, or animation are included.
This service does not commit or promise to deliver creatives / graphics / images based on the brand's theme, colours, guidelines, products, services, or any other topicality. However, it will be attempted to design the creatives close to the theme or product of the brand.
The design services are currently limited to Festival & Topical designs only as per the list of festivals curated by the CEOITBOX team. These services cannot be exchanged for any other creative production like product or service related creatives, branded creatives, brand catalogues, social media posts or banners, outdoor banner graphics, website graphics, print media, video production, etc.
*Revision of delivered creatives - This provision is available for upto 2 days after the final delivery. Any revision required post this period will be chargeable with minimum charges of INR 200 (+gst) per hour of work. Delivery timeline of the revision will be communicated as per workload.
Enhancement suggestion to delivered creatives will not be considered as revisions. If a certain topic(festival) is provided with 2 or more options, then that particular topic will not be considered for revision. Minor adjustments may be considered.
CEOITBOX will not be responsible for any illicit or improper use of the creatives / images / graphics / open files after the creatives are delivered to the client / brand. The usage responsibility will be upon the brand.
No onsite visit / services are included. All discussions/delivery shall be done online only.
These services are not part of CEOITBOX Tech Alumni or Tech Mastery Advanced.
Delivered images / graphics / creatives may be used for promotional purpose by CEOITBOX Tech Services LLP.
